Stan Rajan - Coach

Stan Rajan

Stan has over 20 years of experience as a strategy, operations, and technology leader,partnering with senior executives and business leaders within the Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industries globally. Throughout his career, Stan has led initiatives to execute large-scale business transformations and technology modernizations, achieve operational excellence, and implement innovative technology solutions. As an experienced leader of development, implementation, and project teams including hundreds of individuals spanning geographic locations and job functions, Stan has transformed and optimized Technology and Operations at multiple large-scale, international organizations.

Stan is currently the Vice President of Information Technology overseeing technology globally for PGIM Investments, the asset management business of Prudential Financial,with over $1.2T in assets under management. In his prior role, Stan led Middle and Back Office technology for CIT Group, now a subsidiary of First Citizens Bank, a US Top 20 financial services provider with over $100B in assets that conducts financing, leasing, and advisory services. Before that position, Stan was Manager of Banking & Capital Markets within the Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), partnering with clients across industries on regulatory response, data management, and process transformation initiatives. He also completed a stint as an Information Management Analyst at global pharmaceutical industry giant Johnson & Johnson.

Prior to earning a Master’s in Information Management Systems from Harvard University, Stan completed his BS with honors in Computer Science, at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and a minor in Marketing. Stan’s pro bono efforts include being a Board Member of Geeks Rule, a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) among underserved youth through a variety of targeted programs. He also previously served on the Rutgers University Big Data Advisory Council, helping to shape curriculum and certificate programs around Big Data, to ensure alignment between academia and industry.
