Max has more than three decades of corporate experience in large, international corporates like IBM, Barclays, Standard Chartered and HSBC, in Global IT Head and Programme Director positions. His key skills are Portoflio Management, Stakeholder Communication, Team Management, Risk Management, Enterprise Planning & Budgeting, Investment Banking Products & Operations, Banking Regulations & Compliance, IT Strategy & Architecture.
Max has worked in locations across Europe, the Middle East and Far East. His passion for managing large, international teams (up to line management of 500 people concurrently) and his natural ability to deeply connect with people across geographies and cultures, led him to professional coaching in 2018.
Max today is coaching senior executives on growth and innovation mindsets, middle managers on cross-cultural awarness and line management skills, teams on effective collaboration and constructive communication. Max also collaborates with not-for-profit organizations to grow confidence in young graduates from diverse backgrounds.
