During 30+ years at recognized globally-leading financial and consulting firms, including Booz Allen & Hamilton and Lehman Brothers (now part of Barclay’s), Steven managed large teams while developing and mentoring numerous executives.
Currently a Senior Business Advisor/Managing Director at organizations including 13D Global Strategy and Research (a nearly 40-year old investment research firm), Steven was North American Chief Marketing Officer and Global Leader for Sales Enablement, Analytics and Marketing Operations at Mercer, a premier national Human Capital (Human Resources) consulting firm and Chief Marketing Officer, Global Talent, at Towers Watson, the world’s largest employee-benefits consulting firm.
A former Senior Vice President and thought leader at Booz Allen, Steven also served as a Senior Marketing Director and Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications at Lehman Brothers. Beginning his corporate career in speechwriting for the CEO of Citicorp, Steven also served the global financial entity as an International Public Relations Officer.
Along with a BA cum laudein International Relations from Tulane University, Steven also earned an MA in Economic Journalism from Columbia University’s School of International Affairs.
