Ian Gallagher - Coach
Ian has significant experience hiring and developing teams throughout his career. A senior financial services professional with extensive international investment banking experience at both Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets, Ian developed deep skills in Corporate Finance, Consulting, M&A, Advisory, Asset Management and Capital Markets. Leveraging this background and notable expertise in the real estate industry, Ian has more recently contributed as a founder and senior executive in Fin-Tech Asset Management companies. He has led deal teams and advised on many transactions throughout his career.
Ian contributed to hiring Analysts and Associates at both Citigroup and RBC, serving as Group Manager. While at Citigroup, he also worked extensively in Singapore and Hong Kong, yielding a strong understanding of the cross-cultural skills and knowledge needed within the banking industry.
Ian earned a BA from Williams College, with a double major in Economics and History, and also leads a sailing programme where he manages 15-20 instructors serving 100+ college-aged students at a local club.
