Catherine Jones - Coach
With 25 years’ experience gained working in the education, training and development sector, Catherine has extensive knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the world of work within a range of different industries. She has expertise in curriculum development and assessment and has developed employability programmes for work with Job Centre Plus and charities such as the Princes’ Trust.
As a professional career coach, she has extensive and successful experience of coaching and supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students from Birkbeck College, University of London and Bournemouth University through the recruitment and employment process. This has included completing job applications, writing CVs, preparing for interviews and assessment centres for both public and private sector organisations including Deloitte, PwC, Santander, the NHS, the Civil Service and various universities. She has also coached individuals employed in a diverse range of sectors including Financial Services, the Legal Profession, Education, Marketing, Film & TV production and Digital & Creative Media.
Catherine lived and worked in West Africa for three years and enjoys meeting and working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. She is very much looking forward to supporting Mandarin Consulting candidates to identify and achieve successful career aims.
