Bernadette Rogers - Coach
Bernadette is a Senior Recruitment and Learning Professional with over 20 years experience working in many different industry sectors. This includes Retail, Recruitment, the Arts, Education, Charities and the Public Sector. Specifically, she has worked with, Marks and Spencer, the Civil Service, the Food Standards Agency, the National Science Museum, the NHS as well as with House of Fraser, Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, Janssen Pharmaceuticals and Shire Pharmaceuticals.
After many years of hard work, learning from others, training and coaching and leading her own teams, Bernadette now specialises in developing people to achieve their career ambitions and excel in their chosen job role.
Bernadette’s specialist skills include: leading and facilitating Assessment Centres for management level candidates in the Retail Sector, coaching candidates to successfully complete behavioural, competency-based job applications, interviews and CV’s and delivering training to develop leadership and management capabilities.
Bernadette is currently working as a Consultant for a UK Talent Management Company, screening and interviewing Graduates for highly sought-after Graduate Programmes in the UK and overseas.
She also has a TEFL certificate and has been teaching Chinese students English Language skills for the past 2 years.
Bernadette has also been very fortunate to travel and work with leaders in the UK, Europe and Asia as part of the British Red Cross International Learning Team.
She is keen to use her skills, insights and experience and to coach our candidates to pass all recruitment stages and gain offers in their ideal roles.
