We are excited to welcome Chinese students and graduates to our London office for our final successful candidate sharing event before Easter. During the event we will share information about the current opportunities available both globally and in the UK.

Andy Cai, Mandarin Consulting Alumnus and Investment Reporting Actuarial Analyst at Legal & General, will also share his experience of working with MC coaches, applying for jobs and working at top global companies.

 

Speaker Profile:

Andy is a native Mandarin speaker who holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bath.

He worked as an actuarial summer analyst for Lloyds Banking Group before joining one of the biggest insurance companies – Legal & General – as an actuarial analyst. His job is mainly on reviewing work and providing training for junior graduates on actuarial assets and liability financial reporting.

He has extensive experience and knowledge about the graduate job market in the UK. He also understands the student and work visa system and therefore has helped many students along their job application process.

Andy enjoys swimming and he loves volunteering for international sports events, such as the London 2012 Olympics Games where he was a performer in the opening ceremony. He also volunteered in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and several World Swimming Championships in different countries.
