Mandarin Consulting Creates An Innovative Panel Discussion on the Golden Rules for Global Career Success
On the evening of Wednesday 4th December 2019, London, Mandarin Consulting hosted an important expert panel discussion highlighting the golden rules for career global success to become a global elite professional. Chaired by James Proudlock, Advisor to the Board of Mandarin Consulting, the audience of enthusiastic Chinese university students gained practical advice from four global professionals representing the finance, media, insurance and coaching industries.
The panellists included Frederic Massey, MC global elite coach, who has extensive involvement in graduate recruitment and candidate interviewing for global corporations; Yvonne Krzywkowska, MC global elite coach, with over 25 years’ experience of leading global teams in the media and public relations industry; Sizhu Bi, MC alumna, auditor at Deloitte and Andy Cai, MC alumnus, Investment Reporting Actuarial Analyst at Legal & General Group. All the panellists contributed to an insightful and vibrant discussion sharing advice on the key attributes global companies look for when they are recruiting young executives and graduates, and the importance of resilience and cross-cultural understanding in developing a global career.
